01 สตาร์ทแล้วเครื่องหมุนช้า ครางยาวSlow, laboured cranking เสียงสตาร์ทยืดกว่าปกติ โดยเฉพาะตอนเช้าที่จอดทิ้งไว้ทั้งคืน เป็นสัญญาณที่ชัดที่สุด The starter drags, especially first thing in the morning after sitting overnight. This is the clearest sign of all.
02 ไฟหน้าหรี่ลงตอนสตาร์ทHeadlights dim when cranking ไฟหน้าหรือไฟในห้องโดยสารวูบลงชัดเจนขณะบิดกุญแจ แปลว่าแบตจ่ายกระแสได้ไม่พอแล้ว Headlights or cabin lights visibly drop as you turn the key — the battery can no longer deliver enough current.
03 นาฬิกาหรือวิทยุรีเซ็ตเองClock or radio resets itself ระบบไฟฟ้าในรถรวน ตั้งค่าหาย กระจกไฟฟ้าทำงานช้าลง มักมาจากแรงดันแบตที่ตกลง Settings lost, electric windows slowing down, odd electrical glitches — usually a sagging battery voltage.

ถ้าพ่วงแล้วรถติดและวิ่งได้ปกติ แต่กลับมาดับอีกหลังจอดทิ้งไว้ — มักเป็นแบตเสื่อม แต่ถ้าพ่วงติดแล้ววิ่งไปสักพักรถดับกลางทาง หรือไฟรูปแบตเตอรี่ค้างอยู่ขณะขับ — มักเป็นไดชาร์จไม่จ่ายไฟ เราจึงวัดแรงดันขณะเครื่องทำงานให้ก่อนทุกครั้ง เพราะถ้าเปลี่ยนแบตใหม่ทั้งที่ไดชาร์จเสีย อีกไม่กี่วันก็ดับอีกอยู่ดี If a jump gets it running normally but it dies again after sitting, that is usually a worn battery. If it jumps, runs for a while and then cuts out on the road — or the battery warning light stays on while driving — that usually means the alternator is not charging. We measure the running voltage first every time, because fitting a new battery to a car with a bad alternator just strands you again a few days later.
รถที่มีระบบ start-stop ใช้แบตธรรมดาได้ไหม?Can a start-stop car take an ordinary battery?
ไม่ได้ รถที่มีระบบ start-stop ต้องใช้แบตแบบ AGM หรือ EFB เท่านั้น เพราะต้องรับการชาร์จและคายประจุถี่กว่ารถทั่วไปมาก ใส่แบตธรรมดาจะเสื่อมเร็วผิดปกติ และรถยุโรปบางรุ่นยังต้องลงทะเบียนแบตใหม่กับกล่อง ECU ด้วย ไม่งั้นระบบชาร์จจะคำนวณผิดและทำให้แบตใหม่พังเร็ว No. Start-stop vehicles require an AGM or EFB battery, because they are charged and discharged far more often than a conventional car. An ordinary battery degrades unusually fast. Many European models also need the new battery registered to the ECU — otherwise the charging strategy is wrong and the new battery dies early.

The make, model and year is enough — or just open the bonnet, photograph the label on the existing battery and send it on LINE. We will work out the size and whether it needs to be AGM, EFB or a standard type.

Thailand's heat evaporates electrolyte and ages the plates considerably faster than a cold climate does. Cars parked in full sun, or used only for short trips so the battery never fully recharges, tend to do worse still.
